What started as a monthly gathering of local investors sharing deals and strategies has grown into one of the most active and trusted real estate investor communities in New England.

Who We Are
At the center of Boston AREIA is Bernadette Trafton—founder, investor, and what she calls the Chief Connector.
Bernadette has spent nearly two decades building relationships across the Massachusetts and New Hampshire real estate markets, with investors, attorneys, lenders, contractors, and property owners alike. Her mission has always been the same: connect you with the people and resources you need to meet your goals.
Alongside Bernadette, the Boston AREIA community is supported by a team of trusted professionals who are active in the same markets you are working in.
