Annual memberships start at $125 for online-only access and $175 for full individual membership.

Members receive two coaching sessions per year with Bernadette Trafton, Boston AREIA’s founder and Chief Connector. Boston AREIA members get direct access to professionals who work with investors every day, including a real estate attorney with over 30 years of experience and an accounting team that understands investor taxes. Members also receive a complimentary consultation with Attorney David Lebwith on their first deal. These relationships are educational and consultative — for personalized legal or tax advice on your specific situation, you’ll engage the professional directly.
